S-5-N clamps were designed with patented S-5!® zero-penetration technology for application on popular 1" nail strip metal roof profiles like: Taylor Metals' - Easy Lock™ / ASC Building Products' - Skyline Roofing® / McElroy Metals' - Meridian / New Tech Machinery's - FF100 and other metal roofs with similar profiles that do not exceed a maximum allowance of 0.82" at the widest part of the seam.
Use S-5-N clamps to mount ColorGard® bar to popular 1" nail strip metal roof profiles and get the strongest snow retention system on the market. Innovative clamp insert facilitates best-fit without damage to panel seam.
The S-5-N clamp boasts a wider throat that accommodates most nail strip profiles, minimizing the need to field crimp. An angled wall with a nose permits the S-5-N to engage the triangle type profiles during installation—there is no longer a need to hold the clamp in place while setscrews are tensioned. The combination of these two features allows the clamp to sit straighter on the seam.
Included stainless steel hardware consists of 2 setscrews and 1 M8 bolt.
